I live in N-NJ and one of the girls in my office is looking for a reliable well known talented Cosmetic surgeon for breast augmentation.
She has about $5k saved up,
1) is that enough? I thought breast augmentation was about $10k?
2) who would you girls recommend
3) what should she expect pre and post
4) she's medium build thin but not rail skinny what are her options (she wants to go from a large B to a large C)
She's one of our best secretaries and I really don't want to loose her for more than a week or two. With out her my office would be trouble! That and she's a sweet heart and I don't want to see her get hurt or taken advantage of.
