Apearing on Jerry Springer show

I had a call last week from NBC to appear on Springer. They found me on my CL escort ad. NICE HUH!!! Still thinking about it. What are some opinions about that. Will that show hurt me or help as far as gaining some exposer... Im leaning to that I'll just look like WHITE TRASH... It's a guaranteed ambush.

Springer's rep will tell you just about anything to get you to come on camera. They will reassure you and tell you it will be okay. But the only thing they care about is ratings... at your expense.

They will not respect you in any way once on camera. Keep your dignity and pass on one of the sleaziest opportunities for 15 minutes of fame on TV.

they have harrased me several times- and I say harass because sometimes the a.p. will not take no for an answer.

I have never agreed to it because I think it is a gauranteed ambush-
They will give you one proposal and change things at the last minute...

Co-sign. I would never go on any daytime talk TV show. I am of the mindset that the only people who I want to know I am a TS are the people into TS. I've almost taken down my youtube because of this. It is never positive exposure. On Maury you get to tell everyone that you're a man. On Springer they will make you look like a gargantutranny freak show.

"Sure, I'd love to. The writing will cost you $100,000, the appearance another $20,000, and I'll have my agent contact you regarding royalties for syndication and reruns."

a more calmer, positive, professional-driven daytime show like

Yes I agree with tsluva. I'd be happy to appear on a regular talk show. NOT Maury Povich or Howard Stern. But Larry King (whom I've met twice) or others would be OK.
