This site was never oriented around a chatroom, thus it/they only flare up after some -- usually newer members -- bring up using them. They're popular at first, but like anything new, they eventually lose their novelty. The majority of us also have lives outside of this forum. Chatrooms require some set-aside time and undivided attention.
