FX takes walk on wild side with transsexual show

"4 oz." revolves around a family man who decides to get a sex change. Ryan Murphy ("Nip/Tuck") co-created the project with Brad Falchuk, a writer-producer on "Nip/Tuck," and is set to direct the pilot. Brad Pitt is on board as an executive producer.

Production is under way on the fifth season of "Nip/Tuck," which revolves around two plastic surgeons. On the big screen, Murphy most recently wrote and directed the 2006 film "Running With Scissors."

Sounds interesting, can FX get any better. Family Guy, Kenny vs Spenny, Reno 911 and Dexter all on one channel, now this. FX kicks ass.

If I remember correctly, Famke Janssen (Of Goldeneye and X-Men fame) played a transexual on Nip/Tuck who dated one of the guy's sons for a while.

Not in the UK. Our FX friday line up includes, double Family Guy, Dexter, kenny vs Spenny and then Reno. Obviously we have to wait longer to see them which is a bit of a bitch, but still a sweet line up. I don't think we even get comedy central on our digital setup, just paramount.

I think it's been kinda lame this season, but its been awesome in the past.
