How do you girls feel when you see someone or some band using being transgendered as a gimmick to only attract fans,i was looking up transsexual bands and almost all of them suck tokio hotel,secret,lady and that one band who was dropped because half of them was hookers.I see this as the same way white rappers approach a field populated by african americans even if they suck they have that one gimmick that are white.I just wanna know do you girls feel they it isn't that big of a deal or would you want someone to respresent being transgendered with talent.

There are transwomen who can sing, play instruments, etc. Some go
stealth and don't advertise their transtatus. But with the groups that
use the facts that they are transgendered, they need to be able to back
it up with some 'skillz'.

Look across the net at the exponential increase in TS porn ... it's become popular so people make more and more of it ...... a few years ago you never saw it on the P2P sites (for the most part) .... and now there is a flood of new stuff EVERY DAY

The field of music is where many, many people would love to make a lot of money. Only a select few can actually get rich, or be very successful.
There are people with recognizable household names, that do not have a recording contract, the Jacksons are just one example.

So the ts performers are just entering a very competitive field and competing against people who may have had years of of specialized performance training. There is nothing wrong to me, with using a gimmick to try and capture a niche audience.

In cultures where ts have been more accepted, entertainment has been one accepted area. The biggest issue is how satisfied each performer will be with only moderate success.

True, but sadly by the time their career is in shreds, the fakers have already cut an album, sold a shitload of records, made dumptrucks full of cash, and in some cases (i.e. Milli Vanilli) won a grammy.

The problem is not that they lose out in the long term, the problem is that they win so much in the short term.
