This would be a bad idea insofar as, if the surgeon catches on... they're most likely NOT going to accept you as a patient; ever.

Its hard enough to find a good surgeon for any kind of specialist surgery like srs or certain plastics... being blacklisted from a practice for something like this is a bit idiotic.
