(August 7) -- Prince Harry's penchant for a good party has never been a secret, but a new magazine feature dives vividly into the royal benders.

In the new issue of Radar magazine, the wild life of the younger prince is documented, and everything from his favorite bars to how his bodyguards fend off drug dealers is fair game.

In the feature, Harry is said to have once drank a $200 cocktail of brandy, peach liqueur, and champagne that's meant to be shared among 8 people. The magazine also reports that Harry's bodyguards expend a good deal of energy "intercepting bar patrons they suspect of trying to push Ecstasy on the prince."

According to a Radar source, Harry was ordered to straighten up this year by senior royal courtiers and army superiors because "they got fed up at the number of late-night confrontations he was having with photographers outside Boujis." During the most infamous incident, Harry shoved a paparazzo and both wound up injured. Photos of the altercation made headlines around the world.

Another infamous incident involved Harry being photographed at a Halloween party wearing a Nazi outfit, including a swastika armband.

A former head of the Royal Protection Squad tells Radar that Harry's antics pose "a security nightmare, frankly," mainly because "people plotting bombs have singled out nightclubs." In July, London went on high alert after two car bombs were found parked outside of city nightclubs.

Robert Jobson, the Evening Standard's Royal Correspondent, doesn't have much confidence that Harry will completely clean up his act any time soon.

"Every time Harry takes two steps forward, his character takes him three steps back," Jobson tells Radar.
