Do you ever find yourself starting to become desensitized to porn? Sometimes I feel like too much porn can be a bad thing. This last week the more porn I saw online, the more I started to ignore it. It's like I just don't care anymore. This happens for a while then bam I'm craving it like crazy again. lol. This happen to anyone else?

There's never such a thing as too much porn (Hell, you gotta have variety, right?), but there is such a thing (For me, anyway) as porn overload. I find this especially annoying as part of my porn viewing is "work related". :shrug

I've found that, from time to time, watching a porn vid or looking at a set of porn images, gives me as much of a rise as watching reruns of Flintstones cartoons (No comments from you Red Dwarf fans re: "I'd go with Betty, but I'd be thinking of Wilma!").

There are times when you need a break, even if only a short one. Go watch some blow-em-up/shoot-em-up action flick or two, then come back to the blowing and shooting that you =really= enjoy. :peanutbutter

Porn is boring but we need it. I donīt have that much porn, probably 10 movies on my hard disk and 100-200 images that I never watch. I watch a movie once and thatīs it..... Iīm not into it anymore as I used to be when I was 14.

Yah, I have HDs loaded up with stuff I haven't looked at in years. It seems to be an instant-gratification thing: It looks good, download it, look at it/watch it, that was cool, what's next? And you never remember or care about what you downloaded yesterday (With some notable exceptions).

One of my primary business partners once said: "Porn was the impetus for high-speed internet" and I now know this to be fact.

Scary. In a good way.

yep....i got a few thousand records.....gigs of mp3s.....the means of storage have enabled people just to dl any bs only slightly interesting, as well as store their friggin hundred pix from grammas birthday....will never be watched again. the proliferation of storage has already well-exceeded the ability to absorb the stuff beeing kept.

i wonder, will their be digital archeologists in the future wondering, when they find Bearded Ones Tranny-harddisk, what strange rituals they performed by collecting those amounts of "digital artifacts"

I used to look at a lot of porn in middle and high school. I guess at some point all the guys start to look the same and it's just like "blah". Since transition, I've started branching out into tranny porn because I can picture myself in the scene a lot better than as a skinny little twink (not that I ever really looked like that...).

Still, I think porn is boring. It's only ever interesting if you know the people in it or you're the one taking the photos. Then it's real people but it's rarely actually erotic.

I'm so lame, usually I just fantasize about ex-boyfriends. :-(

I must have 70gbs of porn burned to dvds... And well over 100,000 images. There are 5,000 waiting to be sorted in my downloads file from this month alone...

I just download... collect... filter/sort... archive. The only thing that stays on my drive permanently must be pornographic gold. :)

I guess that's how I ended up with my um... unique perception and concepts of pornographic photography. I've been exposed to more of it than any human should be. Hehe.

The weird thing is... I can look at porn 8 hours a day for a week and only get aroused once. It's so familiar that it's lost it's arousal factor and become simply another creative outlet.

Um.

Yea. :)

around the area where i live there used to be a guy hwo proclaimed himslf to be a "porn-hunter". he was a spokesman of the "moral majority" (so he thought) and was anti-porn, anti-modern art, anti-liberal...u name it.

i dont remember his name tho, since it has been some time now.

but i saw a documentary on him on tv, where he showed the networks team his archive. damn, that guy had rooms brimful with porn - just for one reason (as he said): to know the subject he is opposing and to show other people how filthy pornography is.

wel, i had my doubts about his real motivations tho.....

There's too much bad porn. Ron Jeremy is in most of it.

not sure of the gigs but i have 4 external HDs, if i had to guess i would say about 500-600 gigs and storing all the time .the last time i counted it was about 500,000 pics.
movies & clips i have NO idea how much...used to store them on dics but that was to hard to find.
i guess in a sense i'm sorta like claire..... DL it, sort it and watch it occasionally.
