Sorry for the caps but I'm pretty excited this worked.
If you rollover a topic the first message should come up in a rollover box. This feature was requested and was also completely stolen from vbulletin.
Use this post to let me know if it works for you. Please be sure to include your operating system and browser. Thanks!

PS: You have to have javascript enabled for this to work.

PPS: I've attached Ladyboy Poy from Stringfellows photo as eyecandy and a test of the attachment form.

works at my works laptop, running friggin vista and equally nerve wrecking internet explorer 7.0

its a great feature, thanx for adding it to the site!

ps: as soon as i am home ull get feedback on more system/software combos ;)

Thanks, NYCe! It works like a charm, I was surprised when it popped up! You even get a preview pic if there's one in there.

I have Firefox with Windows XP and the rollover text works but I don't see a preview pic. I still dig it believe me.

Really nice tho,...

You will only see photos if their linked from a remote site. Uploaded images won't show in the preview.

OK, I"ll be the skunk at the picnic. It works fine on my cheapo PC, (WinXPSP2, IE6), but it irritates the hell out of me. Is there any way to turn it OFF??
Guess I could turn off Java, but I don't know if there's a way to do it for just this site.

There's no way to turn it off right now. This is just a Beta test so we'll probably add an option in the control panel to turn it on or off (maybe).

It's very useful with new threads. Don't really see any purpose for threads that have 2+ pages, but it doesn't affect them in anyway. We'll get used to it eventually.

Irritating, but I can get used to it. I'm on XP with MSIE (Haven't tried it via Firefox yet).

I understand the need for it, though. I like that I can peek at the initial post and see "Viagra and low mortgage rates in your area!" without having to load the thread and refresh back to the index a dozen times before I find something worthwhile to read/see/reply to.

Hmm, methinks this will greatly reduce the number of views rankings, lol. First time I've seen it implemented with images; other forums I visit have it implemented for text only. I'm still not sure whether I like it or find it irritating...kind of like the board itself... j/k
