about 200km from frankfurt by car and 3 times that from berlin
considering were talking about germany here the best or at least most enjoyable way is probably by car ... other than that all 3 of those are among the biggest cities in germany so youll find relatively direct train and plane links between them (i would avoid getting on a train in germany but suit yourself) inter city busses are more or less nonexistant in germany
