I need to check on who that is, DeathFox. I recognize her but can't quite place her. I don't know what you mean about Allyana's boobs: in one pic there where she's reaching back overhead with her arm, she's kind of flattening out her boob, but that's normal.

It's the camera angle and the fact that she's stretching her arm over head behind her that's flattening her boob. That actually should happen! Anyway, I replaced that photo with another one which shows off her boobage better.
