I was wondering if bait and switch could actually help a an escort legally?
Say, if a prosecutor were to present evidence that she had advertised in the past, then she could present evidence that her pictures had been used by someone else. The person using the pictures could claim that their indentity was used by the person in the pictures, or a third party. What do you think? Or maybe I've said too much?

I had to edit the makeup part, its the same, but yeah her brows are different and that will change the face
