Well, it's not me...

I think he's either a really young and inexperienced guy or a joker (or both), but in either case, he's not so bad. He doesn't flame people or get abusive and he's good humoured about all the piss-taking.

It can get annoying though. I think that an "Off-topic Forum" would be a good idea. Either that or we should have a separate forum for polls and questions.
