I'd like to ask the hobbyists and trans admirers what your preferences are. Call it a marketing survey. giggle

I think this little survey might be usefull to everyone, so please participate!

1) How important is it to you that your provider stays in a 3 or 4 star hotel vs a cheap motel when traveling?

Meaning: Do you prefer a more comfortable environment to relax in, like a suite with a living area, wet bar and separate bedroom area, marble bath, flat screen? Or is a Comfort Inn / 6 Motel all you need?

2) Would you pay a reasonable "surcharge" to help the provider with the costs of a more upscale incall?

2A) If so how much? $20, $40, $60, $80 $100?

3) Where do "you" stay when traveling? And why? (What hotel level)

4) Do you prefer incalls at a providers home or a hotel?

5) Do you prefer outcalls? If so to your home or hotel?

6) Where do you draw the donation line when obtaining the companionship of a provider? 100? 200? 300? 400? More?

7) What is your preference for time? 30min? 1hr? 2hr? Longer?

8) Do you prefer a GFE date or just a roll in the hay?

9) Do you prefer GFE or a little BDSM / Domination play?

If you don't feel comfortable posting your answers (like anyone else cares...) please e-mail or PM them to me and I'll post a result later.

Giggle,
TS Jamie

1/ Just a room with an ensuite bathroom
2/ No
3/ Hotel [no specific 'chain', just somewhere 'clean']
4/ No
5/ Hotel [neutral territory]
6/ Depends on the girl
7/ One to two hours
8/ GFE
9/ Not into BDSM / Domination [just don't get it]

1) How important is it to you that your provider stays in a 3 or 4 star hotel vs a cheap motel when traveling?

She (And I, as a client) should be clean, comfortable, and secure. No-tell motels are right out, but there are a fair number of decent and affordable roadside inns available these days. With nice rooms and sometimes even suites available at $1-200 a day, skimping on the venue just doesn't make much sense.

2) Would you pay a reasonable "surcharge" to help the provider with the costs of a more upscale incall?

No. Charge what you charge, or don't. From what I can tell, one client/one hour = one day in a clean house +/- . I understand and respect the economics of the travelling gurl, but I expect they've already done their homework as far as expenses are concerned.

3) Where do "you" stay when traveling? And why? (What hotel level)

If I'm just stopping over along the way Red Roof suffices, but I get the Business King room which is larger and more comfortable. Average is in the $60 neighborhood with the high being around $120 in DC.

If I'm staying for comfort or purpose (Conference, "date", etc.) I'll upscale to a full-service hotel. Yet I have a strong opinion about renting the room vs. buying the building. I was in Baltimore recently and when offered a room at the Marriott for $230 a night I passed on it and booked the Holiday Inn a few minutes down the road. The room was bigger, nicer (The house has just completed a ground-up renovation), and had free wifi and breakfast for $92. Marriott charged an additional $9.95 per day for wifi and the breakfast buffet (While quite good) was $12.95. I saved close to $200 a day and was perfectly happy with the comfort level.

4) Do you prefer incalls at a providers home or a hotel?

Incalls at a hotel would be more comfortable for me. Neutral territory and I'd feel awkward in her home, though I guess it would depend on how well I knew her personally.

5) Do you prefer outcalls? If so to your home or hotel?

Definitely a hotel. My home is a holy horror. I don't invite people over much.

6) Where do you draw the donation line when obtaining the companionship of a provider? 100? 200? 300? 400? More?

My limit has been $300 (Shedding only a few tears) not including a negotiated day rate with one gurl. The question is vague, so I am assuming per hour.

7) What is your preference for time? 30min? 1hr? 2hr? Longer?

I'm a two-hour + kinda guy. Once over eight hours, not including a non-commercial dinner date.

8 ) Do you prefer a GFE date or just a roll in the hay?

Yes. :D GFE would be nice, but the definition is very blurred for me.

9) Do you prefer GFE or a little BDSM / Domination play?

GFE, definitely. I get bullied and tortured enough in the real world to want it in my off-time.

1) Not very important. A Motel 6 will do me.

2) No, as my requirements are simple.

3) Inapplicable.

4) Prefer a hotel.

5) Never do outcalls.

6) Depends on the provider... I once paid $850 for an hour with a girl I
was particularly taken with.

7) An hour at least, two hours would be even better, particularly if the girl
was good.

8) Depends on the day.

9) Given the choice between just those two, GFE, definitely.

Exactly. No more hate mail from the ex, no alimony, no divorce attorneys, no divvying up the spoils of mutual friendships, no more therapy sessions.

I could have used less meaning a couple of decades and tens of thousands of dollars ago.

1) How important is it to you that your provider stays in a 3 or 4 star hotel vs a cheap motel when traveling?
Definitely a factor: it implies class and good self-image and creates a much more pleasant environment, and the additional cost is truly neglible if the provider is doing any real business. Once several years ago I visited an escort in a Motel 6 and it really was not a pleasant environment.

2) Would you pay a reasonable "surcharge" to help the provider with the costs of a more upscale incall?
I expect this to be reflected in her rate.

2A) If so how much? $20, $40, $60, $80 $100?Hard to quantify, but I'd say roughly 1/5 of her rate.

3) Where do "you" stay when traveling? And why? (What hotel level)
Low end: Comfort Inn; high end: Marriott (and one very memorable night with a very special gal at a Residence Inn in a $400 suite)

4) Do you prefer incalls at a providers home or a hotel?
Either. Over the past 2-3 years, I've taken to only seeing 3 escorts who I know well, so I'm very comfortable with either location with them.

5) Do you prefer outcalls? If so to your home or hotel?
I've never done an outcall.

6) Where do you draw the donation line when obtaining the companionship of a provider? 100? 200? 300? 400? More?
I've never paid over $300 except for one double encounter one time. I expect to pay between $250 and $300.

7) What is your preference for time? 30min? 1hr? 2hr? Longer?{/quote]
One hour minimum. Often, since the girls I see professionally are also friends, we'll hang out afterwards or get together sometimes with no sexual encounter involved.

[quote=justatransgirl]8) Do you prefer a GFE date or just a roll in the hay?
Definitely GFE, hence my extreme selectivity with the escorts I do see.

9) Do you prefer GFE or a little BDSM / Domination play?
GFE again; I've never been into the S&M scene.

I'll chime in on this: BTDT, spending a memorable weekend with a lover and "The Wife" some years ago at a local Residence Inn. YMMV (Your mileage may vary) as regards the rate (I think I paid around $100 a nite, subject to locale), but I highly recommend it. In my situation the 'room' was akin to a ski lodge w/two floors, two bedrooms and a foldout (Swiss Army Couch), kitchen and dining/living area. There was ample room for relaxation and 'partying' as well as 'alone' space for when people wanted to distance for a while.

I also spent a most wonderful day with a gurl at an Embassy Suites ($100 per day +/- ) which gave us room to move about and be comfortable in. They typically have seperate bed and living rooms and kitchenette facilities (Sink, microwave).

Jst because it's a better venue doesn't mean that it's unaffordable.

Just avoid the likes of the Congress Hotel in Baltimore (Across from Penguin Parking), with its hot and cold running street whores and a pidgeon in every room (I shit thee not) and day rates of $5 and up (The Presidential suite, with =the= air conditioner, rented for $25 a day).

And what's that one near La Guardia, that resembles the Titanic, post-iceberg?

Haven't seen an escort for a long time- I don't really like the idea much, as you may have read in previous posts of mine. But here goes:

1 ) How important is it to you that your provider stays in a 3 or 4 star hotel vs a cheap motel when traveling?
Don't really care as long as both it and she are clean. If I am to visit here there, as long as it's not crawling with rats and roaches, any place is fine. A 3 star hotel is better than a cheap motel, but will be reflected in her costs.

2 ) Would you pay a reasonable "surcharge" to help the provider with the costs of a more upscale incall?
This should be reflected in her costs. If it's not then, probably no more than 30-40 euros (let's just say a euro is about a $1.30 so $50)

3 ) Where do "you" stay when traveling? And why? (What hotel level)
Depends on who's paying . A three star hotel or better when travelling on business. Cheaper places are okay for a day or two but no more. Depends on the city- in London a crap hotel can charge up to $100 a night.

4 ) Do you prefer incalls at a providers home or a hotel?
Yes.

5 ) Do you prefer outcalls? If so to your home or hotel?
No.

6 ) Where do you draw the donation line when obtaining the companionship of a provider? 100? 200? 300? 400? More?
Never paid more than 200 euros or about $260. This was a while ago, so things are more expensive now. Would pay up to $300- perhaps more for an exceptional girl.

7 ) What is your preference for time? 30min? 1hr? 2hr? Longer?
An hour at least, or 3-4 hours for dinner (on me, and at a good restaurant).

8 ) Do you prefer a GFE date or just a roll in the hay?
A dinner-date is better, but it depends on a whole lot of thins (the girl, how much free time I have, my budget, etc)

9 ) Do you prefer GFE or a little BDSM / Domination play?
A little slap and tickle is fine but no bondage or sadomasochism. Don't see how some people enjoy it.

1. I much prefer a 3 star or better hotel. Safer, cleaner, more comfortable, better service, easier to get towels etc.

2. I am willing to pay a higher fee as opposed to a surcharge. Lets not be the phone company.

3. I stay in 4 and 5 star hotels (mostly 4) unless the only thing available is 3 star and I have to make the trip.

4. Incalls at Either home or hotel is fine.

5. Outcalls I reserve for when I am traveling. Even then usually prefer to go to an incall.

6. Generally I pay 200-250 per hour my max is usually $300 for an hour. There have been exceptions (upward.)

7. My preferred time is 1 hour to 90 minutes.

8/ I prefer a friendly pleasant and exciting time. If the provider does not want to DFK, that is ok.

9. I am definately into BDSM,

1. It's not that important, as long as its clean and gives the impression of safety.

2. No... unless it was someone I'd seen before and I knew she was visiting and she contacted me beforehand.

3. I usually stay in 4 star or higher hotels.

4. Yes, I prefer incalls.

5. No, I'm not big on outcalls unless it's a provider I know well.

6. I've never paid more than $300. But Allanah is coming to London, so I'm very tempted to splurge right now... ;)

7. Usually an hour... unless it's someone I've seen a bunch of times and I want to hang out longer.

8. GFE all the way.

9. Sometimes, the BDSM mood does strike me, but generally I'm a GFE kinda guy...

1) How important is it to you that your provider stays in a 3 or 4 star hotel vs a cheap motel when traveling?
Not very important but obviously, the more comfortable the better.

2) Would you pay a reasonable "surcharge" to help the provider with the costs of a more upscale incall?
2A) If so how much? $20, $40, $60, $80 $100?
I suppose I could spend $50 on such a surcharge.

3) Where do "you" stay when traveling? And why? (What hotel level)
I stay in pretty cheap places. 2 star. Sometimes 3.

4) Do you prefer incalls at a providers home or a hotel?
I prefer going to their place, as opposed to them coming to mine. I don't mind if it's a home or hotel.

5) Do you prefer outcalls? If so to your home or hotel?
If I was taking an outcall, I'd prefer the provider to come to a hotel as opposed to my home.

6) Where do you draw the donation line when obtaining the companionship of a provider? 100? 200? 300? 400? More?
I once paid 2000 for one night, (it was a couple of hours, no more) That's the most I've ever paid. Typically 400 for an hour would be my upper spending rate.

7) What is your preference for time? 30min? 1hr? 2hr? Longer?
Really depends on the mood I'm in, and the girl. Some girls might look great, but you realise 10 minutes in, that she's just annoying the hell out of you, and you want to get the hell out of there.

8) Do you prefer a GFE date or just a roll in the hay?
Most often, the GFE. But it has to be a pretty good pretense. I find the bad attempt at GFE is even worse than cold clinical roll in the hay.

9) Do you prefer GFE or a little BDSM / Domination play?
GFE. BDSM isn't really my thing.
