I don't think I have a foot fetish(I don't know?), but it is a a part of a woman (TG/GG) that can provide some insight, although very little at times, about her. ...Clean, pampered, pedicured feet can go a long way in making feet more appealing, thus the woman more appealing. A woman might not have been endowed with the most beautiful of feet, but proper maintenance -- not overdone in my opinion,mind you -- can go a long way in overcoming their "shortcomings" and possibly making a positive impression.

Dirty nails are always a turn off for me. Good grooming and proper hygeine in general by everyone and anyone should be something we all should strive for. :)
