Looks like a hoax. For one, she's holding them, it might be a little more convincing if they stood alone, 2. the fur doesn't even match, the cat is black and white but the wings are a single tone of gray, 3. where in the cat's genetic makeup would it be able to come up with wings, it's one thing for it to have a random bone jutting out but there are no winged cats anywhere, cats did not evolve from flying animals, it would be different if it was an ostrich that was born with two very big wings.

Looks like the ultimate in fur mats to me: I've seen longhaired cats develop some very substantial mats, which I guess could be groomed into "wings."
