One thing however. My computer refuses to grant me the ability to view Wmv or divx. I have tried a hundred times to download the software and it doesnt ever work..
Although for some reason sometimes I have seen divx films from other sites, but grooby sites divx film's just open GREEN.. that is , the screen is green and sometimes there is some digital static.
I wish all those grooby sites still had REAL files. it was nice back in the day when I could see the vids.

We're now only showing Windows Media as that's the most accepted and stable form for general viewing - we've also got good compression vs quality with it. Real files were the ones that caused the most problems including putting cookies and spyware into people's systems.
I suggest you find a player called BSplayer and try viewing with that. Download the files and then open and play them with BSplayer. The DivX problem may be on not having the most up to date codecs installed as we were pretty much moving ahead with DivX as they improved, so did we.

If your still having problems with the windows media files send as much details about your system and the problem to customerservice@grooby.com and we'll try and get you fixed.
