Though amusing in an esoteric sorta way, I'm not sure I get the Michael J Fox gags. Though, he was declared the "Anti Elvis" in a song I heard once:

"It's true, Michael J Fox has absolutely no Elvis in him!"

 yeah....i have a weakness for irreverent humor. basically i am amused by the fact that someone took the time to think of all the ways shaking some things up would have various effects....i like to think that if i had Parkinson's I'd see the humor in it....I've always been good at laughing at myself and trust me, there's a lot to laugh at...

After Fatboy Limbaugh poked at Fox in one of his shows, referring to Fox's appearances on behalf of stem cell research, Fox stepped up at one appearance and said (While shaking rather violently) "Y'know Rush, the meds are working pretty well today!", so you know that MJF is up to the irreverent jibing.

Irreverent humor has its place. Take the "Special Olympics" posters seen elsewhere on this very forum (I'm sure you've seen "Fighting on the internet is like being in the Special Olympics: Even if you win, you're still retarded").

Now that I understand the reference, they are kinda funny.

Starting to wonder if I have a touch of Parkinson's myself, of late. My left hand rattles so much it almost becomes invisible from the speed of motion. How delightful, that I have an interest in fine scale modelling, a hobby that requires a steady hand. :?

Awwww. Too cute.

Years ago, in Boston, we came upon a friend who was working a Greenpeace pushcart on Washington Street (The pushcarts were stored overnight in an old movie palace, I believe it was the Orpheum, soooooo coool!) and as we walked up we all pointed at the baby seal T-shirts and chorused "Awwwwwwwwwww!".
