This is just my way of saying that I don't take myself too seriously.

Also it's my answer to the crop of negative posters that have recently appeared here running down some of the girls.

I figured the title would attract a lot of attention. Hopefully, most would recognize it as a "Gotcha!" and have a bit of a laugh, but the easily disturbed have a reaction also...

My point is that all the T-girls, pre-op, post-op, whatever, are living their own lives and fighting their own battles, and I really don't think anyone should concern themselves with any negative remarks or observations by others.

No matter where you are in life (unless you're in prison or at death's door) you have options.

I was with some other older (40's, 50's) CDs/TGs/TSs last night, and it is amazing how some people - like myself and some others I know - are planning to go ahead and take steps to live full-time as soon as they early retire (counting the days). And to see the results of some who have gone ahead and done so.

It seems once you get past really caring what other people think, you can plan for whatever you want (well, assuming you are either not married or work out what you are doing with your spouse).

You can get laser and electrolysis to remove that pesky beard hair (ouch, ouch) pretty much under the radar of your friends and co-workers.

Hair (the type that grows on your head) is more problematic for poeple who are older. Grow it out if possible (however it will be thinner), get hair plugs / transplants (from the hair near the back of the neck moved up front). Or it's keeping any remaining hair on you head cropped short and wearing wigs forever (which some girls do, and pass as well as most any other older woman).

Also it's a good idea to be seeing a therapist to build up time and get advice on transitioning to the degree you are comfortable with, and possibly get referred to a doctor for hormone therapy (physical things don't really show up that fast if you start later in life, though everyone notices the "skin softening" effect over time). Then it's save up for and get Feminine Facial Surgery (whivch many older T-girls need, and is not exactly a 100% under the radar thing, but it can look like a younger you in guy mode)...

I was surprised to learn that one TS gal had fat removed from her waist and put in her hips... She said it worked well for her (fat didn't move, or get absorbed and redistributed elsewhere). It does require the skin folds to be taken in (more $$$), but going from someone with a typical guy gut to someone who can wear a one-piece bathing suit without a corset and still have a feminine figure is pretty amazing...

Oh yeah, orchidecomy vs. taking t-blockers... Faster and more female results, but say goodbye to erections and male orgasms...

Afterwards down the road, it's a few quick steps knowing the legal process of getting a name change, and and Breast Augmentation surgery.

In short, there are lots of possibilities out there. Though they all cost $$$$.

But my point is, there is a lot of life to live, if you can keep a good attitude, and are willing to work with whay you've got...

The smallest size (size 4) I have for wear with strapless gown and is held in place with Hollisters Medical Adhesive spray.

The medium (size 6) was for wear with a bra, but I wanted to go "bigger".... So I got the size 8 ... :D

(Also the medium size 6 breast forms are a bit "battle scarred" - Like an idiot I was in a hurry one time checking out of the hotel at a TG conference, and I put them in the duffel bag with my other stuff - and they got a couple small puncture wounds in them (that I kept repairing with small pieces of Scotch tape)...

At least with the last pair of breast forms I bought they threw in a pair of Naughty Nipples (I chose the small size - I wanted just enough to get noticed and to maybe make people wonder...). :)

I have a similar pair of nipples as my forms have very little of them. Worn with a sheer bra the look really good under it or even with a top. They are not that big to look OTT.
