New Tranny Club in Los Angeles

After the unforgettable Queen Mary closed it’s doors a few years ago, Club 7969 (Peanuts) on Fridays and Tuesdays would seem to have had the monopoly on those looking for a tranny club in the Los Angeles area. Now a new club night has started, Syren@Tempest.

If you know where Club 7969 is, then you won’t have much trouble finding Club Tempest - at 7323 Santa Monica Blvd, it’s just a short distance away (and opposite the Yukon Diner - the infamous, afterhour haunt of Trannies seeking cheeseburgers.

$7 (before 10pm) $10 (after 10pm). Every Saturday.

Give us a more detailed report. There must be a good reason why there seems to be a distinct divide in one's opinion of this place based on gender. That is, the women I've asked about this place seem to like it, whereas the men don't seem to care for it at all. What gives?
And, if one were to walk into Peanuts/Club 7969 at 10:00 pm on a Friday night, the same ghost town description would apply. The place doesn't get hopping until about 11:30.

It's also, what, all of four weeks old I think ?

According to a post on Bobs forum,7969 is indeed closing,or just going in a different direction.

bLA is too big to not have a succesful TS club,and if Syren doesnt fly another one will in short time.
