Picture 10aaa is a picture of V with Susan Shah. About 4 months ago Susan who could no longer tolerate her declinnig health due to AIDS jumped 24 stories to her death in NYC. She was a really sweet gurl I love that picture of her with V and much of the work she did with Tennlar. I miss her a lot.

Sorry if this is wrong info sweetie, as I read it in a news article. It stated clearly that Susan was depressed over her failing health condition due to AIDS. If the article is wrong I'm sorry. I'll see if I can find the article. Trust me when I say I mean not to defame Susan in anyway, because when she lived in the bay area we dated briefly.

That's the one. She told me years ago when she lived here in the bay area she was afraid of growing old and ugly, but would learn to face it with time. She never told me she had HIV and I feel hurt somewhat by that, in many ways as we did have sex! (I've been tested and I'm negative) However I do miss her a lot, it is a void in my life. She told me we couldn't get to involved with each other as she had planned to move to NY soon (which she did).

According to police reports, Susan Shah, 36, jumped to her death from her 20th floor apartment in Chelsea around 4:30 a.m. She recently directed a film that chronicled her transition from a man into a woman and was enrolled in the New York Film Academy in Manhattan. According to the New York Post, Shah had been fighting AIDS for 10 years and recent health problems had made her feel depressed. On her Web site, My Tsdiary.com, Shah chronicled her recent bout with depression. “Sometimes I am liberated and some others I am captive,” she wrote. “There is sometimes a man that in some way brakes into my system. Every time I try to break away, I am locked up again and again.”

Different accounts and different explanations. But no matter what her reasons, and only she truly knew them, its tragic and a waste. She was still young and had just started to enjoy success in a new career.

That's right Allanah - she must have become suicidal due to a bad grade at film school. That whole pesky AIDS thing would've had no impact whatsoever - after all, as you'll tell anyone who'd listen, AIDS is just part of a global medical conspiracy, and doesn't actually exist at all.
It's more than reasonable to conclude that her AIDS was, at the very least, a contributing factor.
At risk of drawing further wrath from the board, I'm forced to agree with other poor bastards who have voiced a similar opinion in the past:
Anyone who knowingly continues to practice unsafe sex following confimation of contraction of an STD is scum. They deserve no sympathy whatsoever, as their actions are tantamount to intent to commit murder. Anger at the world over their condition, failure to care about others who have "used them" in the past (ie customers) and all of the other bullshit normally trotted out to try to justify their behaviour is pure crap. Legal jurisdictions throughout the world are slowly struggling to catch up in this area, but are getting there.
Having said that, I suppose it's alright to continue to practice unsafe sex if you only have HIV - after all, there is no link between that and AIDS anyway, is there Allanah?

Sid, I dont think that Allanahs view is what you are portraying it to be at all. I think she just wants people to view from their own angles and do their own research. The genreal public is very miseducated on AIDS in general. The general public watches a few videos in school, read a couple articles in GQ, see the news, and feel like they have a basic grasp on the concept. Dead ass wrong. You cant always trust the "mainstream" idealogy on how things work and happen. Its like the movie 25th hour when they were talking about how one newspaper said that the air aroudn groudn zero is hazardous and another said it was perfectly ok to breath. Somebody has to be lying, so who is it? Thats where doing your own research comes in.

My father has a very rare disease that the medical scene has said would be crippling, etc. etc. etc. His entire life he only went to 2 doctors, one in California, one in Chicago. When he moved here to ATL, the experts and MDs offered their textbook diagnoses and ways for him to take care of himself, but by his own research he was able to say screw what you say, because your not thinking for yourself, your going off whats the most popular analysis of the sitatuation. Allanah has done her own research, and it happens to contradict a lot of popular belief, and thats what has people so heated. There is absolutely nothing wrong with what she is saying because with everything she says it is backed up by what seems like legitimate sources, and people scarcely make rebuttals witht he same amount of "meat".

I have an uncle who has AIDs from the lifestyle associated with being incarcerated for 18 years. He takes no meds whatsoever and is healthy. He has done his research because he knew his life was on the line and he had nothing but time. I have a cousin who is a supposedly wellknown in the industry for the treatment of AIDs and they have serious, PhD level discussions all the time and her colleagues always get into a huff and puff in the same manner people do with Allanah.

A lot of people become outraged. Its a sensitive subject, yes, but sometimes the popular approach isnt always best. There are people who do the research, or have it done, and live healthy productive lives. There are people who have the Virus and live like it is not a problem. No pill cocktails, no legions on the face and hands, none of that. but isnt that what everyone makes us believe? I mean, Magic Johnson has been infected for how long? Do you think that he is content with the "take these pills, eat right and work out and thats the best you can do" routine? Shiiiit, no, its called research, and someone has quite possibly has given him the same info that Allanah is giving all of you. Just somethign to think about.
