There's an interesting website that's been mentioned once before with TG women who have succeeded in life (there is also one on TG men that has been created by the same woman, a computer scientist and engineer called Lynn Conway who is a TS.

As I am an admirer, the women mentioned on the site are not my role models, per se, but I guess some of the girls here will look up to them and I must admit that they are truly inspiring people.

Take your pick from a number of wonderful and admirable TG women: Jenny Hiloudaki, Harisu, Bibiana Fernandez, Calpernia Addams, Mianne Bagger, Chen Lili, Coccinelle and a bunch of others: models, actresses, doctors, scientists, writers and more.

All of them inspiring and beautiful in their way. Just like the girls on the boards.

my role model is my mom who raised 10 children and worked 2 jobs plus take care of us and always had time for all 10 of us,she was loved by all who knew her and the glue that held our family together,she passed away last fall and life will never be the same with out her in it,mom i love you with all my heart and i miss you so much and theres not an hour that passes by that your not in my thoughts,happy mothers day angel

LOL, no, I did say these girls aren't my role models per se (because, as I noted, I am an admirer). But I wanted to draw people's attention to the these inspiring TG success stories that are catalogued on the site I mentioned. I know that many of the girls here draw courage and insipiration from them and I have to say that I admire these women for what they have done.

But no, I'm quite happy to be and remain a guy. :D
