If you perused through the "why god why" thread, you may have noticed three distinct things:

This in turn made me wonder how in the fuck that got left in the video, and what kind of conditions those young trans women work under?

I know next to nothing about the business, other than reading what Seanchai, Vicki and others post. It seems to me that the whole gig (the operation involving sasquatch) is pretty shady. I get this picture in my head of him buying young boys on the black market and turning them into ladyboys and then fucking them on camera.
