OK, I understand that Shemale and some other names bring up negative connotations, but what are we supposed to call a transgendered woman who, for whatever reason, keeps her cock and balls?
Maybe pre-op, but what if there was never intended to be an op? Finally, I NEVER see a pic posted of post-op women. I guess that when someone is truly transesual, the gig is up!

First of all, the word Shemale is just a word that is used by pornographers to describe a Transexual Woman, usually a Pre-Op Transexual. I prefer just to use the word Transexual and or just Woman. After all isn't that what these girls are? Maybe they were born as boys, but in thier hearts they are women.

Secondly, there are many many many Post-Op Transexuals out there. My girlfriend is a Post-Op woman, and she lives her life as a woman and nothing else. She never gets clocked at all. I also know a few other women that are also pre-op.

If someone who is intersexed is a girl who happens to also have a dick, the term shemale is still used even though intersexed and TS are totally seperate things as far as the medical community is concerned.

If I recall properly someone who is IS does not need to jump threw the shrink hoops to get certain procedures, hrt programs etc etc because it is viewed as a physical medical condition while ts is seen as a mental medical condition (for good or for bad).

But I would agree that the vast majority of the people who are refered to as shemale are not IS, as thats fairly rare.
