First... on your private network, you are on a different IP... However, the IP that posts to the Internet is a public IP that is assigned to you by your host. For example your IP may be 192.168.0.2 but what posts to hungangels.com is your actual IP address that your ISP assigns you.

The only way you get a different IP every time is if you go through a dial up service.
