iPod Agent - iGadget - Pulling songs off of your iPod...

Has anyone used one of these iPod agents such as iGadget or PodPlus to pull songs off of your iPod onto your hard drive? Do they work? My external hard drive just curled up and died.

never, winamp has always worked fine

i don't know anything about winamp, it can pull songs off of an iPod. thanks for the reply. never mind. just saw it is a different player.
