Silicone Pumpings Know the facts:

Picture of a Transexual who once had a healthy pair of breast from hormones that had a masectomy because her breast tissue was filled with abcesses and puss (Some even confused it as lactation):
http://www.tsroadmap.com/images/silicone.jpg

Jocelyn Wieldenstein: Had FFS and silicone done to her face which in turn gave her a moon like face common to most transexuals whos gotten their face filled with silicone. And you wonder why they all start looking like doppelganger twins.

Trangender patient whos done silicone pumpings on her face. What an ugly sight.

This procedure is illegal and very dangerous, but there are still people out there doing it, just like heroin. Rather than just say, "Don't do heroin," it's better to get heroin users to reduce their risks. The same is true with silicone. This will always be a problem in our community as long as there are young and poor women desperate for quick and cheap feminization of their faces and bodies.

Make no mistake, injected silicone can and does kill several transgendered women a year and disfigures many more. Rather than just say it's bad, it's important to get the word out with examples of why it's bad. So you can decide if the risks are worth it.

FDA warnings:

U.S. Food and Drug Administration documents show links to autoimmune disorders, connective tissue disorders, genetic mutations, and cancer.

From http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/ost/rpt97/OST1997AR86.HTML

Autoimmune diseases have been reported in women with silicone breast implants. The presence of autoantibodies in some of the women, as well as studies in experimental animals, suggest that silicone may play a role in these adverse effects on the immune system.

Our earlier studies have shown that silicone gel/oil can promote autoantibody production against the connective tissue proteins, collagen, and can migrate from the implant site to other parts of the body.

Serum samples of 180 women have been analyzed for autoantibodies to collagen, a connective tissue protein. Patients included women with or without breast implants, with or without autoimmune symptoms, and from normal controls. Autoantibodies to collagen were detected in patients with connective tissue disease + silicone breast implants, with connective tissue disease without silicone breast implants, and with silicone breast implants without connective tissue disease. Autoantibodies to collagen were not detected in control sera from normal volunteers.

Published studies also have shown that animals with autoimmune disease produce antibodies against their own DNA. We have found anti-DNA antibodies in the serum of experimental animals injected with silicone gel/oil. Based on these results we will determine if women with breast implants also produce autoantibodies against DNA.

From http://www.fda.gov/opacom/backgrounders/collagen.html

Has liquid silicone been approved by FDA for injection?

No. FDA has not approved the marketing of liquid silicone for injection for any cosmetic purpose, including the treatment of facial defects or wrinkles, or enlarging the breasts. The adverse effects of liquid silicone injections have included movement of the silicone to other parts of the body, inflammation and discoloration of surrounding tissues, and the formation of granulomas (nodules of granulated, inflamed tissue).

Can FDA prohibit doctors from promoting the injection of liquid silicone, since its marketing has not been approved?

Yes. FDA prohibits manufacturers or doctors from marketing or promoting unapproved products such as liquid silicone. This means that a doctor cannot legally advertise or sell this material.

From http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~frf/forum97/97G14.htm

FDA on mutations and cancer (foreign body carcinogenesis):

After 12 months, fibrosarcoma in situ developed in 100% of rats implanted with either silicone or cellulose.

AEGIS warnings:

The American Educational Gender Information Service (AEGIS) was an important early TG advocate in the field of health issues. They put out a series of articles, ads and pamphlets called Dangerous Curves Ahead, which remains an important overview of injectable silicone's dangers.

You're welcome Luna. You're way better off with injectable hormones such as depo provera. They work well with shaping the hips and ass. I got mines thru depo (2 kinds) injected right on the buttocks 2x a month for a painstaking period of 8 years. It requires alot of patience. ;)

Yeah I have been thinking of changing pills for injections. My friend has gotten faster results because of them. And patience is key with most things in life. Lol But its really exciting to see the final results and the growing progress.! Thank you for your suggestion!!!

Intra-muscular injections work alot faster bec. they go straight to the blood stream (sp?) vs. pill forms. I even recalled getting a shot and feeling some breast tissue growth not even an hour after. It's a great way to get "plumped up" before a beauty contest! It's weird and awesome at the same time! LOL

You're welcome Luna. ;)

Very informative, Hara. While I support a woman's right to do what she wants to her body, I shudder when I think of someone I know getting silicone pumping.

A pleasant note: The other night I was talking to a transwoman I've known for some time now, a really great gal who's half Filipina and half Portuguese with some German in the mix (iirc), and found out that she's never had any surgery. To look at her, you'd be amazed what hormones and patience can do. She's in her mid-30s, so she's been living fulltime for a couple of decades now. She has the finest natural boobs I've ever seen, and I think rare to have that much development from hormones alone (but she says all the women in her family are very full breasted).

Back in the day, prior to getting breast augmentation I had silicon
injected in to my breasts, some of which floated a bit and made a
few relatively small nodules and also caused a fatty deposit under
my breast, nothing major nor life threatening, and it's something
only we girls would have noticed.

I have had silicon injected into the hips and buttocks. I also have
had medical grade silicon injected into my face. I was very
fortunate that in none of these instances, did the silicon migrate and
cause problems.

If I had it to do over again, I would make different cosmetic choices.

Having small amounts of medical grade silicon used to fill out facial
wrinkles, creases and furrows, "sunken" cheeks, skin depressions
and some types of scars, shouldn't be problematic if performed by a
reputable physician. However now the recommended course of
treatment would be collagen or fat harvested from other parts of the
body.

As to the breasts, I tend to think that silicon or saline implants
would be the way to go. You will find that a breast augmentation
procedure isn't that costly, and I am sure that you will be able
to find a good doctor in your area.

Even though most of my work has been done by either Park Ave
(New York), Brazilian, or Thai doctors who were extremely
competent, I still found that I have had to tweak the results
a bit to get the image that I have in my head as to how I want
my body to look.

Recently I underwent 7 point lipo, that 7 th point was to diminish
the fatty deposit from the sil. The lipo went well, but the fatty
deposit is still somewhat there, I think I am going to have
my 'boys in Brazil' or perhaps my Thai doctors have a crack
at it.

Thus if you are only concerned about small areas on your face, then
that may be a consideration, but as to the massive amounts of
questionable grade silicon pumped by non reputable individuals, that
would not be a viable option or recommendation, in my experienced
opinion.

While the possibility of obtaining the desired aesthetic results is fair, the
possibility of permanent disfigurement and loss of life can not be
overlooked.

"passing" can be very important here in NC and it can be hard to find good resources around here luckily that is starting to change but most of my TS friends cant afford plastic surgery or to have a reputable doctor inject silicone instead they have to go underground. I know you got alot of that info from TSroadmap and it also says that if you cant afford a doctor to do it and you still insist on getting silicone then go to the drag queens, the ones who win pageants and that is a very true thing. i've had a tiny amount put into me its not like I can afford anything better and even though my friends and I would like to wait for the mones to have more effect we have to rely on escorting and theres alot of competition.

So I dont really know anyone who really wants silicone inside of them but sometimes there are cirumstances. My friends and I always tell each other that once we have alot of money and get out of escorting that we are gonna go to LA and and have the shit scouped out and replaced with something safer

First off welcome to HA Morgan. I like your style (Very Harajuku) and honesty! Like what most girls would say..in moderation (as is with everything). Dont over do it and have alot of patience for the hormones to work it's wonders! I'm sure you'll be fine and eventually get to your goal of getting what you really wanted by a licensed doctor. ;)

Its also about who u go to for the Silicone Injections, how long there have been doing it, where they get it. Honestly I have had silicone since i was 17 y/o im 24 now i never had a problem with my Face Hips or butt. My breast are hormones and ill never thought about silicone there because its close 2 my heart. the person i have been going to has been doing it for 10 years+ she gets her silicone from someone who has been doing it longer. Yes ive seen some bad cases and job but they went to the wrong people and people who were experimenting with them.

Also Catwoman(Jocelyn Wieldenstein) wanted to look like that. Ive seen Interviews where she stats that. I just Believe she got carried away.

But yes this Post in very Informative

also depo isnt a hormone for us Tgirls... it makes u bloated, fills your body with water... who wants that? doesnt make your breast nice firm and fuller like hormones for us Tgirls..

What is Depo-Provera?
Depo-Provera is a long-acting progestin (hormone) form of birth control. It is injected into the muscle every 11 weeks. It is effective 24 hours after your first injection if given in the first 5 days of a normal menstrual period. You will need to receive your injection promptly every 11 weeks in order to continue your contraceptive protection.

Even medical grade isnt that safe otto. Silicone shifts and moves around inside the body. It doesnt exactly grab/hold onto the muscles especially if one had some in "abundance" (even if one had only a few..they get nodes or bubbles poking out of their skin)..the more the tendency to shift. If you got the patience and read thru the links youd be surprised to know everything about silicone.

Yeah the person who did mine has been doing it for 16 years and never had a complaint and believe me I checked and my "drag grandmother" has had the stuff in her for about 15 years and has not had a problem still there are very few people in this state who pump that care for your safety you could easily wind up going to someone who does not use medical grade silicone, but uses the silicone that comes from bowling balls(actual horror story in NC) and hyperdermic needles. I was told what to look for to make sure that the risk was minimal and I was actually told by the girl who pumped me to not put silicone in my breasts main reason being that it ends up costing alot more than having a professional augment them.

If you dont mind me asking what did you get pumped? I wanna get my hips and bootie pumped a lil, but the girls in nyc can be shady. I heard tons of stories girls using crisco and all this other ish. And I seen some girls who got bruises, it looks lumpy and dropped. Then I seen girls [pic's] who's body's look fab, Allanah's look fab, Gizel, Amanda Lepore, Jennifer Paris looks cute and a few others.

I've had my face done and my butt but its just base meaning that she put a little in so my body could get used to it and its very different in the face than in the body I have not had enough money to go back to her again and she wont be back for 6 months =/

Theres this one guy in nyc that pumps alot of girls but I cant remember his name and I would never tell if I knew. My friend Saige says that she knows someone who does good work in nyc, Saige is shadow_kitten3 on here if you want to contact her, it will be up to her if she gives you a name or not. you should know that no matter what theres always risk and with silicone it can be severe but if you insist on getting it the best thing to do is to make sure that the person whos pumping does everything to minimalize the risk.

I just want to be a little fuller and I am very conscientious of doing what I can to make sure I dont have problems. Example I am fair and have to scrub my butt for sometime to bring the blood to the surface to make sure I dont get a stain (permanent bruising). I also massage and have someone roll-n-pin it for me, that's to make sure its real smooth. I also wear a support hose for about a week after I have it done to make sure all settles properly. And I WILL NOT pump my face or anywhere else on my body, only hips and ass..............kisses

I have a lot of silicone- no problems ever. Was right for me- would not think about doing it again twice.

I think that is a wrong assesement of Jocelyn Wildenstein.
I have met her and had dinner with her- she does not look like that in person and she told me has implants in her cheeks not silicone injections.

I personaly think she looked alot better before she had sil done on her face.

That's great to hear NYTSJulie. I guess, with sil..Less is more! ;)

And great tips NYTSJulie. Im sure all those will come very handy for those who are even slightly "considering" sil in small doses. Again, the operative pharse is NOT to over do it/go crazy/overboard. Since you already know the risk involved. Much luck to everyone. :P

Anyone
considering silicone in the face should consider this- with a surgeon

I have used this doc before

I know plenty of girls that have had it done and they all still look gorgeous and they had it done years and years ago.

Same here. With the exception of a very "few"..Most girls who gets their face pumped starts to look alike as if they're twins, triplets even quadruplets etc. I think sil is good to fill in clef chin, even out protruding brow bone, shaping the hips and ass making it fuller and rounder. But facially, I wouldnt even dare try it. Unless, you get Allanah's doctor. Her face (just to name one example) isnt like any of that "moonfaced" look most common with ALOT of tgirls around who had too much sil on the face.

I ran across this in my travels.

WHERE IS BIO-ALCAMID USED?

BIO-ALCAMID™ is used to correct all types of secondary imperfections caused by soft tissue deficit, in post-traumatic injuries and post-surgery
scars, serious congenital facial and body microgenia and also cosmetic applications.

BIO-ALCAMID™ is also the ideal implant for defining the lip outline and correcting volumetric face deficits of the cheekbones, chin, jaw etc...

Unlike other fillers, BIO-ALCAMID™ can be used to correct severe and large soft tissue deficits without any risk due to its biocompatibility

Hi, I'm new to the site and just ran across this thread and it struck a chord.

First I'm so glad to be somewhere where other TS's are conversing.

Next, the lady in the second photo in the original post for this thread is a personal friend of mine here in San Diego. Her face speaks for itself.

Two years ago a girl died and a couple of others got terribly sick as the result of an underground pumping party in San Diego.

Ladies I know some of you have had successfull injections - but you have to look down the road. In 10-15 years it is quite possible the silicone will harden and start moving. I know when you are 25 that 40 is a long wayoff, but girls let me tell you from experience - it passes in the blink of an eye.

Please listen to the advice some of these other girls are giving and don't do it. If you want bigger boobs, spend 3 grand and get implants. If your face doesn't please you save up awhile, go to Bangkok and get some work done by a quality surgeon. You will be far better off in the long run.

Hugs,
TS Jamie

Yes that photo is of Arlene, she is a friend of mine. If I remember correctly she went to Tijuana to get pumped. I wouldn't go to a 3rd world country to have any medical procedure done, there you dont know if health regulations are up to par. Also I would never put it in my face or any other part of the body other then the ass. It doesn't seem to hold up as well in other parts of the body, I assume because of muscling.
