I'll say I'm casual... For everyday dressing I always wear jeans and then either a polo shirt or a somewhat tight-fitting t-shirt.

For work - Business casual. Jeans or slacks with undershirt and a polo shirt tucked in.

At home - Casual. I don't even get to the bedroom door before I start taking my pants and the polo shirt off. Then it's basketball shorts or jean shorts and a t-shirt.

Out and about town - Casual. Jeans or pocketed shorts with a t-shirt or a polo shirt untucked. Sometimes a t-shirt tucked with a short-sleeved unbuttoned, untucked top shirt.

Events or occasions - Sunday's best. Slacks, long-sleeved button down with a tie. Sports coat rarely (Florida is hot afterall) but when appropriate.

I actually am Kelly. I prefer to do mix and match of things I bought both to make a statement and express my individuality. Id hate to look soo cookie cutter! ;)

I once went out with a guy who complained I dress too gothic for him (And it wasnt even slightly morticia-ish but my most tame outfit of a bunch). LOL Tho I noticed, he kept staring at me the whole night, keeps holding my hand and had a huge boner under his trousers. Ironic eh? LOL

Around the house when no one is coming over and I don't have to go do something, I generally just wear bras & panties, in the winter with an untied robe on.... usually not much more than that.

Alot of people mistaken me for being gothic. I like dark colors when it comes to clothes, and my room is very dark (both in colors and lighting) but it really isn't gothic.

When I was singing in a group doing Beethoven's Ninth at Carnegie Hall it was a tuxedo with a tie that you tie. No clip-on for me. These days its all blue jeans and T-shirt/sweat shirt; depending on the season. My current sweat shirt is embroidered if that makes it classier.

I go with the typical cookie cutter Kenneth Cole uniform. Slacks/Jeans, designer shirt... blah, blah, blah. You've all seen it a million times on every fratboy that's walked outside in the last 5 years. I even manage to make myself sick wearing it.

TJT

For the past 30 years it's been a black t-shirt or Hawaiian shirt, jeans, and cowboy boots. Black leather jacket over it when it's cold.

During the week : suits, tie, etc... because of my job (attorney).

As often as possible :

Levi's 511 (slim) jeans,
polos
Clarks shoes or elegant boots,
When it's cold duffle-coat or a classy 3/4 overcoat

A pair of jeans and a t-shirt make me very happy. I also find it incredibly sexy on a girl.

I'm more concerned with personal hygiene/fitness and I've noticed in my very short life that many with questionable hygiene and/or who are out of shape hide it by dressing up. Once that top layer comes off...ewww.

I wear what I like...usually jeans or cargo trousers (cargo pants) and a T-shirt for casual wear, blue, black or khaki chinos or Dockers when I have meetings or public appearances. If it's winter and it's an important meeting, I might put on a nice blazer (black or navy blue) and even a silk tie with a nice simple design.

I like simple shirts, usually white, sky blue or khaki coloured, I wear sleeveless pullovers (tank tops to Americans) or polo necks (turtle necks) when I'm cold, and Bermuda shorts and loose T-shirts when I'm hot.

On weekends I used to sometimes wear a football (soccer) shirt, but now they're all either old or have been signed by the players so I've put them away.

I don't like my clothing to bear the name of a fashion brand in big lettering, but have plenty of T-shirts that bear messages or logos of charities or NGOs that I agree with.

And some nice quotes for you:

“I base my fashion taste on what doesn't itch”
Gilda Radner

“Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months.”
Oscar Wilde

“Fashion is what you adopt when you don't know who you are.”
Quentin Crisp

For me, I'm not into designer labels.

They don't wear my name on their ass, so I don't wear their name on mine. :shrug

Suits, suits, suits. There is a reason why god made them. They take all the brain power out of dressing.

Oh, and the labels are craftily concealed, so you are not showing how bougie you are by flashing your fashion affiliation.

I'm kinda privy to being easy-classy myself.

A Somewhat dress shirt,(.....MAYBE a matching jacket, IF I'm in a power mode), a few inches above the knee skirt, A slammin wide belt .....Sandel or pump heels, a conserviative Coach or Chanel purse. Maybe some fendi shades and a pearl necklace or two (No pun intended..lol) a lil make-up here and there .......and one HUGE heart of gold!
