Actually I am a born and bred NYER! so no out of towner here so Maybe I just got lucky and had some nice ladies to talk to.

Actually gentlemen the one I spent the most time! and had a great discussion with just called me and said she would love to see me saturday night for dinner and a movie. I went there to actually meet a lovely girl who had a brain and she is the one that was the most interesting to talk to so you see it can happen. Oh there goes the cell again and what do you know it's her adios tell you all about it next week.

2. The material girl. She is just after the money! These types of women are “high maintenance”. They not just expect, but often demand that a man should finance all her luxuries in life. To her, the man has the responsibility to pay for dinners, drinks, trips, jewelry, flowers etc. while she absolutely feels compulsion or guilt to reciprocate.

Simply put, she is a prostitute in disguise. She is a greedy person, having no perception of the feelings of others and her only concern is achieving and obtaining things that she wants. Never be fooled; some appear to be really nice at first, until they know that you would do anything for them. Then the asking for material things starts!



4. Miss High Maintenance

The most common of modern women thanks in large part to Disney. Her main concern is with how much money you have and what she can get from you. She likes to carry a big purse with no money of her own in it and if you go on a date you can be sure that it will have no money in it at all.
