The best scene in that movie was when DeNiro meets Pacino in the diner.

Another classic was Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper in the mobile home in True Romance.

A lot of great scenes come to mind, but hands down it goes to Unforgiven, specifically the following scene:

Will Munny: Who's the fellow owns this shithole?

Skinny Dubois: Uh, I... I own this establishment. I bought the place from Greeley for a thousand dollars.
[Will levels the shotgun, and speaks to someone standing behind Skinny]
Will Munny: You better clear outta there.
Man: Yes, sir.
[scampers out of the way]
Little Bill Daggett: Just hold it right there. Hold it...!
[Will shoots Skinny. Screaming, the women scatter upstairs]
Little Bill Daggett: Well, sir, you are a cowardly son of a bitch! You just shot an unarmed man!
Will Munny: Well, he should have armed himself if he's going to decorate his saloon with my friend.

That series of events and the confrontation that follows make for the best scene of all time, IMO.

i don't know if its my favorite but i like it a lot ..... the scene in Good Will Hunting when Robin Williams and Matt Damon are talking bout how he met his wife during the World Series...then when hes describing his marriage , before and after when she got sick....very powerful stuff :!:

(for those familiar with the movie, but not the book...that's when the calvary rides into the big battle)

From the time you hear the first notes of the horn blowing, and all throughout King Theodens rousing battle speech, I just get chills.

"Ride! Ride now! Ride with me! Spears will be splintered, shields will be shattered! A Sword day, a red day, ere the sun rises!"

Damn, I would have followed that King anywhere that day.

12 Angry Men where the angry father character (I think it's Number 3) finally breaks down and ends up changing his vote. The whole film was a simple one set character drama and this was the payoff.
