Well the bottom line is this. With some girls you just can't tell at all. I did look very close at her face and did notice her brow. However, I have seen many gg's with the same brow. I have looked very closely at a lot of gg's and tg's to see if I could major differences, but sometimes you just cannot tell at all.
There is only one way to tell for sure, and we all know what that is.

Sorry it took so long for me reply. I thought it was a gg til I saw the difference in the shape of her nostrils in the first and second pic and how long her torso was. You can see she had her nose worked on, which hinted TS, and her towering over the other girl which also hinted TS. These few things alone mean nothing but together made me think shes not gg. Very beautiful though.
