Essentially no, they don't taste masculine.

Almost everything surrounding the human body is controlled by hormones, everything. They regulate and control most of the body's functions aside from the secondary sexual characteristics (skin texture, fat distribution etc).

Men almost have a musty salty taste to them. Women are almost what would be described as sweet. The two are drastically different. TGs are almost identical to females. It varies based on what their hormone levels are.

IMHO, I think women tend to take care of their hygiene much better than men do. Women tend to be more concerned with how they look and smell to the opposite sex (probably even to the same sex).

Men on the other hand don't seem to be as hung up about their own hygiene. That's not to say that I haven't been around women who didn't seem to care about their own body odor.
