No t-girl as pretty as Rebecca Romjin? Really?

I was reading this guy's blog 'cause he often talks about old movies and this post really bugged me.

he essentially says casting Rebecca Romjin in Ugly Betty was ridiculous because no T-girl could ever look that good.

now while not every girl should be "passable" or judged by any one else's standard of beauty but their own, there are many who are just totally and wholly as beautiful as any genetic girl out there, including Rebecca (hell I would've much rather seen Sunny Or Candis in that part myself). I just wonder if some girls on here might decide to burst his bubble and shatter his illusions as to what t-girls can and can't look like...
if it doesn't bother y'all I guess it's not important, but I plan to leave him some links and show him what some pretty t-girls can look like so maybe he'll get a little enlightened.

I think there are very few, but yes, there are Tgirls as beautiful and wholly passable as Rebecca. Of course the role is exploiting a TS character for shock value, but overall I think it's been well handled, is integral to the storyline (very much so), and Rebecca has done a good job with the role.

I don't think that's what I'm saying here. The show does an okay job with the character.
No, I'm more annoyed that this guy thinks that every t-girl is automatically never going to achieve a level of femininity that would completely obliterate his concept of what a girl is.
I think girls like Sunny, like Ashley who goes to Sunny's parties, Candis, and several other girls I can't name off the top of my head (not to mention many of the ladyboys) easily meet this standard.
Again not every girl needs to or should want to, but those who do should be recognized as such.

Did you tell him that he doesn't know jack shit about the true beauty of Transsexual women? Most of the girls I know are extremely beautiful and passable. In fact, I believe that most TS/TG women are much more lovely and beautiful than most GGs,including,of course yourself sweet Kelly.

Ok the guy changed his tune in his new blog and actually gave some props to some of the pretty girls kelly and I mentioned, so perhaps we can change some folks minds sometimes...
