I find a hairy crotch VERY unappealing on a man, woman, transsexual, what have you.

I am not black and I get razor bumps in the bikini area too.
It happens to every skin color.
You have to exfoliate, use a product called TEND SKIN, and moisturize and you deminish this problem.
For me, I cant wax cause I get horrible ingrowns- so I shave-
also the tanning bed helps with this problem.
But I am not having a hairy bush, balls, or ass crack for anyone-

I AGREE WITH ALLANAH. i'm 9 1/2 cut and shaved. i use a ball trimmer, so you don't use a razor but a battery operated shaver like device that makes your balls and cock smooth as silk. great for sex and getting sucked off.

I don't mind hairy balls and pubic area on guys, but on T-girls I prefer everything to be shaved down there *except* for a femininely-trimmed patch of hair right above the genitals--I think that looks so cute and feminine. Thus, on T-girls I prefer that their balls and anus area be shaved smooth--that's how I shave my own area down there (as you can see for yourself in one of my pictures on the picture page of my Yahoo! profile). On genetic girls I can like it either way, i.e., either with everything shaved except for a femininely-trimmed patch of hair, or with it au naturel down there. But I'm not too picky about this--e.g., I'm not going to turn down a hot T-girl or genetic girl just because they don't shave down there the way I would prefer.

I don't really get this whole deal with men qua men shaving their genitals. Body hair on a guy is just another masculine feature. As far as getting hair in your mouth while giving head, I've never really noticed much of a problem there. But it's funny how things can change so quickly, as it used to be not too long ago that any guy that admitted to shaving his genital area even once would have been thought of as queer.

For those who shave down there, here's a good tip for preventing razor bumps that supposedly was originated by female strippers: after shaving rub on some underarm deodorant (i.e., the common white powdery kind with the aluminum compound as its active ingredient) in the places where razor-bumps are most likey to occur (i.e., on the shaved spots right above the genitals). This works really well.

I was just thinking about asking a few questions along this line.
I just started shaving & wanted to make sure I was going about it the right way. I don't have a trimmer but will hopefully purchase one shortly. I use a razor right now & wanted to switch to the trimmer but wasn't sure how close of a shave it would give me. Then the hard part was the balls. NO WAY was a razor coming close to those. I can see me now running screaming cuz I sliced one. LoL. What's the best way to shave the "dynamic duo"? I I have hair at the base of the wood. Since its extra sensitive I wasn't sure what to use. I would like to shave my ass also, I feel better with the clean look down under.

I have curly hair so I didn't want razor bumps or anything & would do anything to avoid getting them. What would you suggest?

Actually, shaving the balls and anus area with a razor isn't particularly hard or dangerous.

What can make shaving the balls more difficult is when they are loose, i.e., hanging--as they tend to wiggle around more when they're like that. Although when they're like that you can still shave them just fine; just make sure that when the scrotum is loose that you use your fingers to flaten out any fold of skin which you are shaving (i.e., so that you won't be draging the blade accross the edge of a skin fold)--in other words, simply use some good sense and you'll be fine. Another option is to tighten up the scrotum by using cold water to shave that area with.

Your best bet would be to use a single-blade razor to shave the balls and anus area, as this will allow you to better control exact edge placement. A regular Bic razor works well for this.

During your first number of times shaving your anus area you ought to use a hand-held mirror placed on the floor while you squat over it, in order so that you will be able to see what you're doing. Once you've gotten use to shaving this area you should be able to do it just fine without a mirror.

Im black and latin, so im in both categories, and if i didnt take the 30 seconds a day to treat my skin and do things other then shave with soap, then yea, id have bumps everywhere. I TRIM, but I dont shave bald, hell no. Not me. Im no porn star, hell naw. And I aint trying to have a lil jungle. I had an ex girl who wanted me to shave [GG], and i felt like a punk. But like said before, there are ways to prevent bumps.

I cant stand a girl who cant at least shave her arms though. Thats a turn off.. I had an ex girl who was a TS [mixed black and white] and she didnt even trim her ass hair because she said its more like a pussy like that. Hell naw. I had to put my foot down, that shit had to go. Not attractive at all. But dont get it twisted and think its only a black TS thing either! I have seen MANY asian GGs who dont trim theirs. It oculd be any race, but depends on a person. I rather see a girl shaved, or have the lil small bush right above. Thats straight with me, as long as its not a bush thats an inch in width and 5 inches in length!
