Okay, first, I don't have to defend CAPS and I won't but I think I read his posts a bit different than most here, and possibly Vicki as well.

You see the scene in NYC is small. You don't go walk around Virgin Megastore, have a coffee and think you'll meet a TG. Or I doubt you'll meet one at a lot of the trendier clubs, restaurants or gallery parties. So when interested in a TG you go to a place where you can be sure they'll be. And in that space, place or whatever you want to call it, the predominent girl is pretty much following the downward spiraling path of others in the scene and that's the way it is.

Am not saying I am an expert, but have been around the trannie scene for more than a hot minute, and it seems the same "problems/comments" keep arising. They were there in the 80's, 90's and still here in the 20's. In fact from what I've gleaned by reading old books on the subject of transexuals and those who love them it has been around for quite sometime.

IMHO, the main "problem", if that is the correct word, is transgendered persons have been so sexualised to the point of not being considered "people". Guys wouln't pull half the stuff on a GG they do on a trannie. Try going into a straight bar, walking up to a girl and ask something like "are those real?" or touching her body without permission, and see what happens.

The trannie scene (such as it is) seems to be driven by sex. You see it in chat rooms, message boards, and trannie bars/parties. It also seems true that more and more girls see working not as a means to an end, but a career. It is not for me or anyone else to say weather that is bad or not, but again you will rarely see if ever anyone who has stayed within that life amounting to much emotionally and financially. Yes, lots of trannies have worked at one time or another in their lives; but they did it to get through school, start up a business, or some other temporary situation. You find them today as nurses, hair stylists, or even working in the corporate world. While they may not be proud of what they did, it was required at the time.

If a person is not happy and secure in their own life/with themselves, they are never going to be happy with anyone else. This explains why even when a girl does find "Mr. Right", she will still turn dates behind his back or something else to cause the relationship to sour.

Have travelled this country/world and met lots of guys who are into trannies. Some sucessful, and handsome, others sucessful and average looking and some just average guys.
