Depends on the girl and how they look. I prefer breasts that look and feel natural, whether they are hormonally induced or implants. I have mixed feelings on the subject from a visual perspective, as it depends entirely on the gurl. Some just don't have the build/frame to offset the enhancements, not just physically, but aesthetically.

Implants needn't look nor feel unnatural, and in fact can be very "natural" in look and feel. Saline tends to yield much firmer, harder boobs than silicone does, and now that silicone is again legal in the US many are opting for it, specifically the silicone gel. A friend of mine recently replaced her saline implants with silicone gel (I haven't experienced them yet, but she was very excited about getting it done).

I was advised to stay on hormones for a full year before I had implants. I actually was on them for three. I developed a very small b cup which was ridiculous for my body frame.

Some girls develop a lot of breast tissue and some don't. And what I mean by a lot is a full b is the biggest I have ever seen unless the girls was over weight.

Switching hormones is not going to make your boobs bigger. They are not a miracle pill for breast enlargement. I know girls who remained flat and were on hormones for a long time.

Hormones decrease hair growth- especially in the body but they will not stop it nor get rid of a beard.

Let me see if I can find pics of my old boobs- which were very natural feeling and soft- before I got these.

You need to get out more. Implants bounce, jiggle, feel soft, depends on the type of implant, placement, under or over the muscle, etc. Modern implants are far from "one large lump of mass thats rock hard", especially as almost all girls have some hormone influenced breast development.
