I knew I forgot something, Quinn.

Cheddar would also(the sharper the better) rank as my alltime favorite. As for the rest...derby sage, smoked gouda, and goat cheeses are some favorites. But I've probably never met a cheese that I didn't like.

Now where did I put that darn poll?
