Guys, this forum is excellent but freedom of speech is only so good as long as it remains non-abusive and allows all people to feel comfortable speaking and posting here. I really think you need to lay out some ground rules and stick to them, moderate them and ban people who cannot fit within some rules.
This forum and website makes you guys a few $$ and if you want that to continue you need to attract as many people, as regularly as possible and not have them being scared off by a few people who have decided to make this their domain and shouting board...and yes, I'm a culprit of that also.

1/ Stick to topic. This is about shemales and transgender lifestyles. The appreciation of them, of the videos, of the clubs, the websites, the girls, the locations, the legal issues, the health issues and to open up dialogue between girls and guys. How many girls have already been scared away - or are too afraid to speak up in case of ridicule.

2/ Respect of others input and personal information - if you're going to allow people like Megabody, Absolute Shade, seanchai and those other donkeys yell and abuse at people, expect people to retaliate. Expect them to find someway to piss them off. They've attacked others feelings so why shouldn't individuals come back at them. No personal information on any individual should be posted - that includes their real name or address, health status, criminal or drug use, etc. unless it's public knowledge (ie; the Susan Shah incident was in a newspaper). Otherwise, it's heresay and could not only open you up to legal issues but more importantly, will keep people away from this forum. Which tgirl wants to post if she thinks her personal info might be posted. Whoever posted that personal information on Megabody is out of order - but on the amount of people he excels in pissing off, just for the sake of pissing them off then I'm not surprised someone tried to piss him off. If these posts were regulated from the beginning - then you could quench any issues like this before they started.

3/ Keep it real? How about keep it polite? - this keeping it real stuff is fine, tell it how it is but don't attack anyone for their personal feelings, fantasies, likes or dislikes. Your reality is vastly difference from mine.
Again, if moderators moderated any distasteful posts, the fire wouldn't even start.

Just a general idea to everyone - you don't have to have an opinion on every fucking subject. Answer the posts that are pertinent to you, answer the ones you have an answer to or are adding some useful input but who cares what you think when it's irrelevant or in a "Tribute to XXXX model" you feel the need to be disparging or downright insulting. STFU and go and start a post on who you like?
Finally, a personal point - you're posting images that are other peoples property. 95% of the time the websites condone and are happy with this as it's free advertising. The smarter webmasters/mistresses (ahem) realise what a valuable resource this site is and support it - but have some respect, leave the logos on the images, leave the images intact in their original size and image quality so if people do want to see more, they might just join that website, it's not much to ask for this amount of free porn.

Moderators - you don't need to have a delayed posting system, you just need a handful of people scanning the new posts every few hours. I run 4 smaller forums myself with only a little less traffic on one of them and I can manage, so how about moderating, please?

Thanks for listening.

I don't even know why you are bringing up my name in this TOPIC...

You are HILARIOUS...I've never said mentioned anyone's personal life...like I have stated before...I have just voiced my opinion on how some girls look and how some guys behave.

You done more than voiced your opinion, you were outright rude about some individuals appearances, which is why your name was mentioned.

No you shouldn't state if someone is ugly. Just pass it and move on.
I fail to see your point or your agenda in that, leave that model to the individuals who like her and concentrate on who you think looks good.
Opinions are fine but often better kept to yourself.

nicely said sean 8) throwing garbage at others won't stop that same garbage coming back and hitting u too. so the wise choice is just stop throwing those damn garbages. we don't need rant after rant. we can use opnion after opinion and civilzed ones at that and we won't have the gloom of World War III (maybe that's a bit much...???) happening again. so let's follow the guidelines set by sean and i think then everything would be just top drawer :D

BTW, sean, all the pics i have posted here are posted just the way i got it from searching through different sites and i have never changed any logo or anything from the pics i post. i like the pics just the way they are. i hope im not guilty of what u described :(

Peace

I agree with Seanchai. I know I don't add much to this forum, however I read most posts. This forum has become a slugfest of insults and below the belt personal shots.

I also run a forum and I have removed a post or 2 when they had degraded into slanderous remarks.

"If a tree falls in the forest and nobody is around to see it, does it make a sound?"

I'd make the same statement for this forum. If a post is deleted and nobody is around to see it, does it still count? Between myself and the other mods, today alone we deleted 6 posts. Perhaps we're not deleting enough posts, but believe me after last week's Fallujahlike posting war we are watching the board much more closely.

But seanchai is 110% correct. We're currently working on a new set of rules regarding activity on here. Hopefully it will enhance and not destroy the community this site has.

i can't understand why you wouldn't delete that mega post that's up now rather than lock it?

i don't really care but it seems too often that the mods are buddies with mega and let him slide.

that post was just baiting me out and i am a very little man almost a child and couldn't resist.

his "rants" are open season. he is begging for it. so obnoxious from the cap lock to the condescending tone.

so yeah maybe just delete it?

oh well. i gots mes some works to do.

If I delete that post it will spawn 3 spinoff posts asking why it was deleted. Mega is not the only person in the post and I locked it with a message as to why it was locked so everyone who didn't have the good fortune of being up at 8:46am EST could see exactly why it was locked.

And for the record Mega has had posts deleted but of course nobody ever notices this.

so it would basically spin of a post by mega asking where his post went right?

still can't figure out how that is not inflammatory or rather where the line is drawn in your mind.

oh well. keep up the good work and i'm gonna behave. thanks for all your work.

have a good one.

Good job Seanchai.......oooooo-rah!

hey people disagree to the max but people do need to be more respectful, be objective not subjective, so on and so forth.

if I ever called a girl ugly, I am sorry. I usaually try to say things like, "they aren't my style, cup o' tea, or speed." I try to stay away from negative adjectives but every once in a while they slip in there, sorry. Remember we need to police ourselves so others don't have too.
BTW (changing the subject, sorry)

This really goes out to mega and since the boards were down for a weekend...... "Has anybody heard from Vicki on how she is doing after her surgery(s)?

I trust we don't have to worry about that, Mega. I can't imagine a plastic Vicki...well, a blow-up Vicki doll, maybe :P ...but I can't think of a less plastic girl than Vicki. Based on the details she's shared with her Yahoo Group, she knows exactly what she wants, so I'm confident she's going to be a physically more beautiful Vicki--but still Vicki.

I hope you're healing well, Vicki. Wish I could be in Lost Wages for AVN and give you my best in person. (And good luck with the award--it's got to be you or Danielle.)

Sean, you made some impeccable points in the initial post. It would be nice if everybody would take the suggestions to the heart and REALIZE the significance of the content. We will see what happens... lol

Vicki was hot as is.....mmmmm mmmmmmhot hot hot hot.......

i have faith in her that she made a good decision and will look even better than before and if not oh well she is still Vicki and i will still love her.

again thanks Mega......

just for laughs here, don't know why

don't know about plastic-vicki.........

But Cyber-vicki has possiblities. :P

Not to worry, Mega. I didn't take that in a shady way at all. Sorry if you thought I did. I know what you mean, in that too many girls go too far and end up ruining their looks rather than improving them. But I don't think that would happen to Vicki. She's too smart and confident in who she is for that, I think. I wish I knew her personally--I've only had the pleasure of exchanging emails or dialogue in a forum thread--but she impresses me like few others.
