Mega and I had some small conflict earlier, for which he apologized, privately and publically. That showed real courage and strength of character, and I had made my peace with him after earlier giving him a piece of my mind about his actions. Thats the way to resolve conflicts.

Anonymously posting information about someone's personal ilife and work and background is just wrong. Flat out wrong. It can't be explained or justified or rationalized. Or Forgiven. Say what you like, or what you will about someone's ideas, their writing, even about their personality, but it has to stop at the screen name. Going past it is across the line, over the top, out of bounds.

I can't understand why a load of peole are getting so wound up and are giving Mega so much abuse. I mean, I don't know the bloke, but a lot of people who post here do. People who have met him at parties have said that in person he's a gregarious guy who will buy you a beer and introduce you to girls etc
