Costco vs Appointed government officials.

Can someone tell my why my non-political Costco thread was moved to "Politics and Religion", while the politics laden "City Manager Tries to Transition - Maybe gets fired..." thread stays in the porn forum?

I know it wasn't intentional, but it does set a double standard.
