In a striking display of dissension, a group of Republican lawmakers broke ranks with the White House on Wednesday and embraced a resolution opposing more U.S. troops in Iraq -- airing their criticism even as President Bush publicly defended his plan.
Now, im glad that a few GOP'ers quit drinking the pee of GWB and Cheney (they call it koolaid) but they still sat there and let this president run roughshod over this country...now we probably need two damn presidents to clean up the mess going forward.....working in the WH simultaneously
But its good to see a few of them wake up, but don't trust them. They are not on our side. Many of them may find this to just be a good way to keep their approval up in the areas they represent........
