When one wants to fake a penis enlargement in pshop you first would use the magnectic lasso tool to select said penis, and include the original shadow in the selection. Next step is to feather said penis/shadow selection...(in the sample I used it was set to 3 on the feathering.) Feathering numbers is dependent on file size: a lowrez pic like these pics uses a lower number, a hirez pic, say 55MB's would use maybe 20 on the feathering. Next step is to use the transformation/scale from the edit dropdown tab...then the only thing left is pull the corner outward to the desired new pee pee size. This only works for enlargement though. If you shrink said pecker, you will have a white color left in vacated spot which you will have to do something with....lot's o work.

The important thing here to understand is that shadows under large weiner pics is no indicator of a real dick, as any self respecting pshopper will enlarge said shadow along with said penis, making it look legit
