View Full Version : The manipulative language of the confused mind.

I couldn't help but have sympathy for poor Nancy Pelosi. Her mind is so wishy-washy, so weak that it appears that she fails to take clear positions, not intentionally, but because she simply can not help herself.

I am serious.

There is no way that a person could write at this highly manipulative level and NOT suffer from severe thought disorder.

Just read how she has to qualify everything she says to leave "Outs" for her political future.

This is a woman rooted in fear rather than principle.

The qualifiers are highlighted in red, for the dim-witted and the bullshit is in white.

"We went to Iraq convinced, I am speaking for myself, that the war could not be won solely by military means. Our military has done their jobs excellently, but they cannot be expected to do all that needs to be done alone. We went with the hope and expectation that what we would see in Iraq was some coordinated effort to have political solutions to relieve the civil strife and violence there and diplomatic efforts to bring stability to the region. Sadly, we saw no evidence of either.

Exactly how would she "see some coordinated effort to have a political solution"? She's not the president, not even ambassador to Iraq. Not even UN ambassador.

This is a ploy to rally the weak minded as any sane person could easily determine that a "political solution" was not possible during her visit because the "deciders" were not present. Of course, the weakminded will be swept up by her words rather than their practicality, but that's ok.

"The escalation instituted by the president has been tried before and failed. Although we heard varying judgments about prospects for success this time, everyone we spoke to agreed that this was the one last chance, and it might not work.

"Varying judgements"? Confused language yet again. Lucky she ain't president because as president, you have to make judgements, take positions and stand behind their performance.

You can't simply blow with the wind of public opinion. She was for the war before she was against it.

"It might not work"? No shit, sherlock. You might not wake up tommorrow morning, but you also might. Talking loud, ain't sayin nothing. This is simply psychological warfare.

Plant the seeds of doubt and discouragement

It is clear here, yet again, that the weak liberal mind is incapable of making decision. The weak liberal mind hides in the shadows of decisions and waits for others to decide them. Afraid to commit to action.

Nancy Pelosi is like that bitchy girlfriend in the passenger seat, hysterically screaming "We're lost! We're lost".

Entire paragraph this time-

"A better course than the escalation would be to quickly transition U.S. troops from a combat mission to a training mission; a mission committed to force protection, border security, fighting terrorism, and training Iraqis. A comprehensive diplomatic initiative focused on Iraq's neighbors and dealing with security, reconstruction, and economic development matters must be made an urgent priority.

Yeah that's already happening. These words are yet another ploy to manipulate the weak-minded who'll bite hook, line and sinker.

Change the mission, engage in diplomatic initiatives, and once again have political initiatives -- for example amending the Constitution to expand the political participation and civic participation of all Iraqis in order to end the violence. This simply was not in evidence.

Yeah, what she means and what has admitted she means is "Let the terrorists vote and hold office".

"All Iraqi's"? Even the ones who were BORN in and live in Iran?

This is consistent with cowardice. Unable to make decisions. Critical when decisions are made. Willing to negotiate with the bully.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office is pressing the White House for routine access to military aircraft for not only herself and her staff, but for relatives and other members of the California delegation as well.

A knowledgeable Washington, D.C. source called the request "carte blanche for an aircraft any time."

Another source told the Washington Times: "They are pressing the point of her succession and that the [Department of Defense] needs to play ball with the speaker's needs.”

LMAO at that.

Ok, I see what she's doing now. She's afraid of the old Liberal-dies-in-a-plane-crash curse.

You do know that there are loons out there who believe that there are right-wingers operating a conspiracy to down liberal planes, right?

The Socialist Paul Wellstone= Dead in a plane crash

The Child John Kennedy Jr= Dead in a plane crash

Mel Carnahan= Dead in a plane crash

Randy Carnahan= Dead in plane crash

John P Kennedy= Dead in plane crash

Herschell Friday= Dead in plane crash

Ron Brown= Dead in plane crash

While I understand her fears, she ain't gettin on no military planes. The military don't even like her. She's gross!

Don't fly too fast, Nancy.

Don't fly too fast, Nancy.

It get`s worse.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will have access to an Air Force jet larger than the one used by her predecessor so she can fly nonstop between Washington and her San Francisco district.

Following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the speaker – who is second in line for the presidency after the vice president – has been able to use a military aircraft for security reasons.

But the jet used by the previous speaker, Rep. Dennis Hastert of Illinois, was too small to fly to California without refueling.

As NewsMax reported earlier, Pelosi’s office has been pressing for routine access to military aircraft not only for herself and her staff, but for relatives and other members of the California delegation as well.
