90 x 90 Avatar

I went to replace my avatar today and noticed that the new
size requirements are 90 x 90 pixels, with a 15k size limitation.

Being the fairly bright lady that I am, I understand the hows and
why that came to be.

However I was wondering if 90 x 90 might be just a little small.

The 90 x 90 requirements may be a good thing though

rules are here for a reason and we should follow them.

and the mods should be enforcing them too.
