I am thinking about getting silicone pumping I have hung with quite a few showgirls that have had it done and have had beautiful results -- does anyone know any silicone injectors in the Kentucky/Tennessee Area that are reputable.

I know the "You don't need it." speech usually falls on deaf ears.

So let me say this, as someone that has touched a pumped boob and butt or two. It doesn't feel right at all. A butt lift and or some facial surgery might have better results and be better in the long run. Although it's cheaper, silicone turns hard after a while and it also moves around to places you never intended it to move. Also it can't be removed once it has been injected.

Something to think about.

First of all, gorgeous photo, Kelly. I know some girls have had success with pumping, and others have not. If you do, make sure you go to a qualified plastic surgeon who uses medical grade silicone. However, I really do think that, as TomSellis says, a little facial surgery (and you surely don't need much) would be better in the long run.

As for boobs, the new silicone implants on the market are far superior to the old, to saline, and to pumping. I think you would be much happier with implants than with pumping, particularly for your boobs; you don't want shifting or migration of the injected silicone, especially there. One tgirl I know went in for implant replacement surgery this month to remove her saline implants and go for silicone instead (I haven't talked to her since, so I don't know how well it went), and she was very excited about the prospects.

I suggest you check out the fatality rate on pumping silicone directly into your body.

work done on I thought of injected collagen and fat which
are primarily used to improve the appearance of the skin's
texture.

They can help fill out deep facial wrinkles, creases
and furrows, "sunken" cheeks, skin depressions and some
types of scars, not that those are problem areas for you.
They can also be used to add a fuller, more sensuous look
to the lips.

Thus if you are only concerned about small areas on your
face, then that may be a consideration.

Having small amounts of medical grade silicon used to fill
out the areas in question are also viable options, and shouldn't
be problematic if performed by a reputable physician.

As to the breasts, I tend to think that silicon or saline implants
may be a way to go. You will find that a breast augmentation
procedure isn't that costly, and I am sure that you will be able
to find a good doctor in your area.

of the pros and cons of pumping. For the majority of girls there
are no complications.

And when I say that if I had it to do over again, I would
make different cosmetic choices. I have had medical grade
silicon injected injected into my face, and have no qualms
about having done so.

I also have had silicon injected into the hips and buttocks,
which also was fine.

But back in the day, prior to getting breast augmentation I
had silicon injected in to my breasts, some of which floated
a bit and made a few relatively small nodules and also caused
a fatty deposit under my breast, nothing major nor life threatening,
and it's something only we girls would have noticed :wink:

Recently I underwent 7 point lipo, that 7 th point was to diminish
the fatty deposit from the sil. The lipo went well, but the fatty
deposit is still somewhat there, thus I think I am going to have
my 'boys in Brazil' or perhaps my Thai doctors have a crack
at it.

Even though most of my work has been done by either Park Ave
(New York), Brazilian, or Thai doctors who were extremely
competent, I still found that I have had to tweak the results
a bit to get the image that I have in my head as to how I want
my body to look.

Thus in conclusion, Kelly I fully understand and support the
choices that you feel you need to make, not that you have
anyone to answer to or justify your choices.

I just know that all the girls I've seen when I lived in Tampa were pumped...And I felt their boobs and I felt implants and I honestly thought the pumped boobs felt more natural. And these girls had their work done for over 15 - 25 years ago. I wont name names but they are very repuatable in the show business. And I just want to do a silicone here and there and of course to ECSTATIC I would only go to a repuatable person and get feedback from other girls just like any other surgeon. I wouldn't just rush into it but thank you for the concern. Most of the time when it migrates or turns out bad is because the girls GET to much at one time, They go to a person that thinks they know what they are doing -- some go to fellow drag queens that did their own work even which is nuts. And a lot of times it's a mixture of silicone with other parts there was a coke dealer in miami that was doing that to girls. Those are the cases that turn out bad -- but any surgery is risky and there are a lot of girls that die on the table from breast implants also or get infections etc. It's just my personal choice that I would rather be pumped than have two round implants in that make my boobs look totally fake I love the looks of the girls that I know who have had their boobs done with silicone. They are tear dropped pretty and feel natural it's also based on how well you take care of your body while the silicone is in you. I have done a lot of thinking and research on this before I actually decided to go through with it.

Breasts that develop over time with hormones, and that are
supplemented with silicon whether by injection or implants
do tend to feel very natural.

You are very right in that the 36A girl who wants to be
a 40DD overnight, and it just don't work that way :smh

I have been known to make people sweat, their hearts palpitate,

Unfortunately, HA limits uploaded avatar sizes to 90x90 pixels, and file size no more than 15 KB (which is why most of the avatars are so much smaller). The one I sent you is 11 KB, 280x354.
