Shawna is only in pic #2. And yes, she has been post-op for several years now. I'm not sure who the girl is in pics #1 & 3.

The blonde woman in pics 1 and 3 is named Cinder, if I recall correctly. Think she was Kim's girlfriend at the time of those photoshoots.
