You're not stupid, you're being smart.

Safe sex, no matter what kind of sex...oral or otherwise. Always. There is no absolute way to know someone is 'clean' nor should you, without the benefit of a LTR, trust anyone to know this as an absolute or to tell you the truth if they do know.

There are girls working who are HIV-positive. There are guys who are HIV-positive visiting girls.
