Does anyone know the name of the trans woman dressed as a plastic garbage bag who was in the "Geraldo" audience on April 17, 1990?

She appears at moments 12:21 and 14:23 in the video.

Of all the places, there is a long article on the Kids in the Mail online, but doesn't have anything on the person in the OP.
