I like lambskin condoms, but my know it all girlfriend, says that we shouldn't use them, whose right?

First off, women are always right,
and you should always listen to us. :)

But seriously guys, you should never put your
penis in anything that involves a lamb.
http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l2/magi43/lambs.jpg

Lambskin condoms, while allowing a very high degree
of sensation, will allow the HIV virus to pass through,
and possibly lead to disease transmission. They are useful
at blocking sperm cells, but due to very small size of
the STD cells including HIV, they can not block those cells.

Additionally, lambskin condoms can easily slip
off the penis, thus clearly lambskin condoms
should not be used to prevent STD transmission,
but rather latex condoms would be the safer alternative.

THUS,THE CORRECT ANSWER IS;
LAMBSKIN CONDOMS, SHOULD NOT
BE USED TO PREVENT STD TRANSMISSION.

USING LAMBSKIN CONDOMS
IS BAAAD !

They really want people not to brush their teeth and floss before french kissing? They are on crack.

It is claimed that lambskin condoms provide the best sensation
because they are so thin. They do protect against pregnancy, since
the pores are too small for sperm to pass through.

Thus a monogamous couple that is only concerned about birth control
might utilize lambskin condoms.

Additionally individuals who are allergic to latex condoms may opt for
lambskin condoms, however polyurethane condoms which is thinner
than latex, provides increased sensation and it can be used with any
kind of lubricant, would be a better choice.

Male polyurethane condoms may be more likely to break during sex
and break or slip off during removal than latex condoms.

I believe they are referring to people brushing or flossing immediately
prior to engaging in sexual activity.

In theory blood from a HIV+ positive person or other STD might
be introduced into the other persons system.

It is also possible that a person could be infected by fluids (semen, fecal,
etc) coming into contact with cuts or abrasions that might happen during
brushing or flossing.

I know people who swear by them so far so any trade-off between sensitivity and birth control is concerned. I've tried them, and, personally, I can not stand the sensation they produce.

Well, I had a girlfriend who absolutely loved them, and they'll turn the driest vagoo into a slip 'n slide. Obviously if you don't know your partner's HIV status, use an Avanti or something.

Oh and another thing, since they're made from the intestinal
membrane of a lamb, they 'smell'.

Seems to me that this one is a bit iffy.

I mean, if one or both of the partners have really bad hygene- then flushing is going to make their gums bleed.

If both partner's gums are badly bleeding, one of them has HIV, and they french kisss... sounds like an easy way to "accidently" transmit it from one patient to the next.

Ultimately, uncovered sex with someone you know and are crazy about is teh best. Unfortunately there seems to be a bell curve for most of these relationships. I go from Don Juan to Al Bundy.

You are most welcome 'somedude21'.

Think of having a lambs intestine on your penis sorta like having
a 'chitterling (pigs intenstine) on there.

Eau de funk.

I preferred them in the days before AIDS. They are much more comfortable and don't cut back on sensation nearly as much as latex,IMO.

You can double bag with one for comfort or if you have a latex allergy.(I have a slight one.) Sheepskin underneath and latex on top.
