I was looking at putting some content on a clip website when I came across this warning.
Quite specific:

"Please be aware of some regulations we have. These rules are based on Visa / MC regulations. We can not allow any child porn, horror, snuff, nonconsensual sex, torture, asphyxiation, animal sex, hardcore bondage with sex, penetration with any form of bondage, necro, blood, scat, vomit, fisting, or crushing of crabs, lobsters, spiders, fish, scorpions, lizards. Has anyone noticed that lately it's okay to show sex in bondage? I thought that was taboo. I'm guessing that the little "I loved it" interview at the end makes it okay. There's a subgenre of Japanese porn that deals with women eating and chewing live insects (e.g. cockroaches and cicadas), crustaceans, and worms. Often they are also inserted into orifices, and in some cases ground up in a blender before being offered to the woman. I suspect that's the basis behind this regulation.

You probably know a decent amount about these things... do most sites have restrictions against blood? I think I read somewhere that in the US you can't have any kind of bodily mutilation in porn and that's why BME had to move it's servers out of the country... but I could be wrong because I could have swore that I've seen some blood in bondage porn before....

Regarding the sex & bondage thing, I can understand why in a movie, photoset, or other mediums they have the little "I loved it " interview afterwards. Plain and simply it's to prevent charges of endangering the welfare, or human slavery, or any other number of potential criminal charges that could arise.

However, what I never got, was the complete separation of sex and B&D in the scene itself.
Yeah sure, there's the old "It's not about sex, it's about power" argument, but come on!!
I've got no problems being tied, or tying someone else, or power play or role play or spankings, or what have you. But at the end of the day, there'd best be some penetration (either way) and cumming (preferable by both parties involved) else it's just not sex (imho).
